Youth Conference

We had a great time during youth conference!  We had workshops on Friday by visiting all the cities that Paul visited.  We were reminded to keep our bodies (temple) clean on the inside and outside.  That night we had an amazing band play for us while we danced and played and had tons of food.  Saturday we had a service project at the Nature Center and our ward was in charge of pulling weeds (and killing spiders!)  There was quite a lot of weeds and it looked great after two hours of pulling and pulling and pulling.... Saturday afternoon was game time - lots of fun games put on by the Pehrsons and DeManns.  The youth said they liked "Bonkers" the best, but thought all of them were great.  Testimony meeting that night was amazing with most of our youth bearing their testimonies.  I love the strength of our youth!  Sunday night was a fireside given by Kelly Dehaan.  He was funny, funny, funny and just what the youth needed!  Great Youth Conference!

Temple Activity!

We had a great time doing baptisms for the dead!  We LOVE to go to the temple - there's always such a great feeling from our temple!
We even had 14 girls attend- thanks everyone for going!  The cute sister who took our "picture" accidentally took a video instead - which is kind of cute....notice Jaxynn!  We never would've got that if she didn't take a video.  Our YW are too cute!   We headed to McDonald's afterward and got a  tasty treat - it's so fun being with these girls!
The video might not work on the blog (at least I couldn't get it to work) so I linked it to youtube.

Daddy Daughter Activity

These girls not only posed with the men in their lives, they picked their dad's noses (Seriously, you had to be there!) (Ok, really it was a nose line-up)

Michelle Grey is a Star!

Michelle performs for another year with the Missoula Children's Theatre. This year she had a lead role and was EXCELLENT! She even had a solo in the show.

Beehive Moments...

Here's Robyn in action at her Band Performance!

Jaxynn sings at Grant's award assembly. Yeah, she has a great voice!

Service Project

Who knew weeding somebody's yard would be so much fun!  My favorite quote, "In my yard this is a weed, but in somebody else's it could be pretty!" Katrina Shewell
